Subscription Policy – St Callahan

Welcome to St Callahan! Below is our subscription policy to ensure full transparency and an excellent experience with our services. By subscribing to St Callahan, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

1. Subscription Plans

We offer different subscription plans with varied benefits and pricing. Details of each plan—such as frequency, cost, and perks—are available on our Plans page.

2. Billing & Payment

Billing is automatic at the start of each cycle (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual, depending on your plan).

We accept major payment methods: credit card, debit card, or PIX (when available). Failure to pay may result in suspension or automatic cancellation of your subscription.

3. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each cycle using the payment method on file. You can cancel renewal at any time in your account; the change will take effect next cycle.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel at any time via the customer portal or by contacting support. Access remains active until the end of the current paid cycle; we do not offer partial or prorated refunds.

After cancellation, the subscriber loses access to exclusive benefits.

5. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for cycles already started or payments completed, except in cases of erroneous or duplicate charges. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of billing.
