Order Processing

Orders placed by 5 PM are processed the same business day; orders after that time or on weekends/holidays move to the next business day. During promotions or special events, processing times may vary—updates will be posted on our site.

- Express: 2–5 business days (rate at checkout)
- Free Standard: 5–12 business days on orders over R$ 299
International Shipping
- Economy: 10–20 business days (rate at checkout)
- Express: 5–10 business days (rate at checkout)
- Worldwide: available to most countries; see checkout for restrictions

Local Delivery & Pickup

For “Your City” residents, local deliveries typically arrive within 2 business days after processing. Contactless pickup is available by appointment via email.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Delivery Issues

For delays beyond 10 business days (domestic) or 25 business days (international), please contact our support.
In case of loss or damage, we offer replacement or full refund.
Incorrect address entries may incur additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
