Order Processing

Orders placed by 5 PM are processed the same business day; orders after that time or on weekends/holidays move to the next business day. During promotions or special events, processing times may vary—updates will be posted on our site.

    • Express: 2–5 business days (rate at checkout)
    • Free Standard: 5–12 business days on orders over R$ 299
  • International Shipping
    • Economy: 10–20 business days (rate at checkout)
    • Express: 5–10 business days (rate at checkout)
    • Worldwide: available to most countries; see checkout for restrictions

Local Delivery & Pickup

For “Your City” residents, local deliveries typically arrive within 2 business days after processing. Contactless pickup is available by appointment via email.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Delivery Issues

  • For delays beyond 10 business days (domestic) or 25 business days (international), please contact our support.
  • In case of loss or damage, we offer replacement or full refund.
  • Incorrect address entries may incur additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
