Return Period
You may return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund; after this period, returns and refunds are not accepted.
Conditions for Return
Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase included.
Non-Returnable Items
Excluded items include perishables, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, gift cards, downloadable software, and select health & beauty products.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply for used items, opened media (CDs, DVDs, games), misuse damage, or returns after 30 days.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you with approval or rejection. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within a few days.
